Vision Machine for Automotive Panel

MaqPanel is a software developed by Atonus to inspect automotive panels in the assembly line.

:: Structure

MaqPanel operates with a fix camera on the plan-frontal position and central to the panel that will be inspected. This orientation garantee an adequate geometry to the inspection.

MaqPanel communicates with the PNL through a specific interface called controller rack. This interface was developed by the panel manufacturer, so it is specific to each manufacturer.

The vision machine is constituted by the software of inspection, computer, image grabber, camera, lens and darkroom.
